The effect of caring work environment model on nurses’ burnout in general hospitals

Nurses belong to a profession that carries high risk of burnout. This condition will have an impact on the performance and quality nursing services. Efforts should be made minimize burnout for nurses. Management nurses' work environment is one done by nurse manager. study aimed identify effect implementation caring head care unit used quasi-experimental design with pre- post-test control group approach. Respondent this was 170 nurses who were divided into intervention groups.
